Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations may be made anytime Prior to despatch of goods, a full refund will be issued.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by castlehardware.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if you're returning as a result of our error or faulty product. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please contact our customer service team on 0121 551 6021, who will be happy to assist you in the returns process.
